Whether you're planning a peaceful retreat, a romantic getaway, or an adventure-filled vacation, Legacy Mountain Life Getaway has something for everyone.

Rental Requirements

At Legacy Mountain Life Getaway, we value the comfort and safety of our guests. In order to provide an exceptional experience for all, we have established the following rental requirements:

1. Age Restriction

All guests must be at least 25 years old to book a reservation at Legacy Mountain Life Getaway. The primary guest making the reservation must be present throughout the stay and is responsible for the conduct of all occupants during their visit.

2. Reservation and Payment

A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards for payment.

3. Minimum Stay

We have a minimum stay requirement of three nights for all reservations at Legacy Mountain Life Getaway. This ensures that our guests have ample time to indulge in the beauty of the surroundings and make the most of their stay.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon availability and for an additional fee.

5. No Smoking Policy

Legacy Mountain Life Getaway is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vacation rentals, including balconies and patios. Designated smoking areas are available for guests who wish to smoke.

6. Pet Policy

We understand the bond between you and your furry friends, but unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our vacation rentals. We can recommend nearby pet-friendly accommodations if needed.

7. Occupancy Limit

Each vacation rental has a specified occupancy limit based on the number of bedrooms and regulations from local authorities. The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded, and additional charges may apply for any unauthorized occupants.

8. Quiet Hours and Community Rules

We kindly request all guests to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Legacy Mountain Life Getaway is a family-oriented community, and we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone's enjoyment. Guests are expected to adhere to all community rules and regulations.

9. Property Care and Damages

All guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and good condition of the vacation rentals during their stay. Any damages caused by guests will be charged accordingly. We recommend reporting any pre-existing damages or issues upon check-in to avoid misunderstandings.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.
